Technical Problems

How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Browse our catalog of templates and click on the one you like. Type your desired wording in the text fields. Upload photos and select colors (if your template allows it). Click "Update Preview". Choose your product options and click "Add to Cart"

I requested changes, when will I receive a proof?
- If you place your order before 5pm Eastern time, we will email a proof to you the same day. We try to email proofs within 1 hour of receiving your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, it may take us up to 3 hours to email a proof to you.
- If you ordered by 5pm ET and haven't received the proof within 3 hours, please check your email program's SPAM, BULK MAIL, or JUNK MAIL folder.
- If you placed the order after 5pm ET, your proof will be emailed to you by noon the next day.

How does Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS pickup work?

-If you choose Walmart, Walgreens, or CVS pickup, we will transmit your order electronically to the store. Your order will be printed and ready for pickup in the store's photo lab.

-You pay online at our website. You will not have to pay when you pickup from the store.

 - Orders received before 5pm Eastern Time (4pm CT / 3pm MT / 2pm PT) will be transmitted to the store the same day.

- We usually submit the order to the store within 30 minutes of receipt, however, it may take up to 3 hours if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Don't worry, as long as you place the order before 5pm Eastern time, it will be transmitted to the store the same day. You will receive an email with the pickup time when we have transmitted your order to the store.

-Your order may be delayed if you request that we make adjustments to your order. The order will be transmitted to the store after you approve the updated proof.

- Orders received after 5pm ET (4pm CT / 3pm MT / 2pm PT) will be transmitted to the store the next day by noon.

- Store pickup orders are printed on glossy photo paper and do not include envelopes. You can purchase envelopes separately at an office supply store.

-Personalized Party Invites is not owned by Walmart, Walgreens, or CVS. We utilize the stores' photo labs for printing orders placed at our website. Designs shown at personalizedpartyinvites.com can only be ordered online, not in-person at the store.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipments outside of the USA are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Change requests
If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at orders@personalizedpartyinvites.com immediately. Orders are processed quickly so we may not be able to accomodate your request. This is why it is very important for you to review your invitation prior to adding it to your cart . We do offer a discounted reprinting fee if your order has already been processed, printed or shipped.
If you need to change the delivery address, please email us at orders@personalizedpartyinvites.com and provide the new address. Please include your order number in your email.

My photo is not cropping correctly, what can I do?
If you are having trouble with photos, please select the "Review my design & adjust text/photos" option when you order. A designer will review your order, adjust the photo and email you an updated proof to approve prior to printing

The text is too small on my design, what can I do?
If the text is too small on your design is because of the following reasons:
1. Too much wording. The text size will become smaller to make room for the text you are entering.
2. Too many line breaks. Every time you make a line break (by pressing the ENTER key), the text may become smaller. Remove any extra line breaks.
3. Too many spaces. Remove any extra spaces.
If the tips above do not work, please choose the "Review my design & adjust text/photos" option when you place the order. A designer will review your design and make adjustments to the text. He/she will email an updated proof for you to approve prior to printing

I called the store and they don't have my order
- Orders received before 5pm ET will be processed the same day. Please allow up to 3 hours for us to prepare your order and transmit it to the store. Don't worry, as long as you place the order before 5pm Eastern time, it will be transmitted to the store the same day. You will receive an email with the pickup time when we have transmitted your order to the store.

- Orders received after 5pm ET are transmitted to the store the next day by noon.
- If you submitted the order before 5pm ET and it's been over 3 hours and you haven't received an email with the pickup time in your inbox, please check your email program's SPAM, BULK MAIL, or JUNK MAIL folder. You can also login to your account, view your order, and see if we have added any comments to your order regarding the status. We may be waiting for you to approve a proof (if you requested changes) or the store you selected may not be able to print your order due to problems with their machine).
- If the store is unable to print your order due to problems with their machine, we will notify you by email and request the address of an alternate store. Please reply to the email and include the address of an alternate Walmart, Walgreens, or CVS.

- If you received the pickup confirmation and the store says they do not have your order, it is probably due to one of the following reasons:
-The store employee put your order in the wrong place. Most photo labs organize orders alphabetically by last name. The employee may have made a mistake when filing your order.
-They may not have downloaded it yet.

Will "Preview" be on my invitation?
No. It will be removed prior to printing. If you are ordering the JPEG file only, you will be able to download the unwatermarked by logging into your account.

Reordering
Reordering is easy. Simply login to your account, view your previous order and click the "Reorder" button

Do you transmit orders to Walmart, Walgreens and CVS stores on weekends?
Yes, we transmit orders to stores 7 days a week. Orders placed before 5pm Eastern Time are transmitted to the store the same day.

Are envelopes included?
White envelopes are included with home delivery orders. Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS orders do not include envelopes.

Problems with Internet Explorer 6
