I entered the store’s address as the delivery address, but the PayPal receipt shows my billing address.

You order will be delivered to the address that you entered on the order page, NOT the address listed on your PayPal receipt (which automatically defaults to your billing address). If you entered the store's address on the ordering page, that's where your order will be delivered.
